A warm welcome makes all the difference. We personally greet guests on arrival, show them around the chalet, and make sure they have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Arrive to a fully stocked fridge. We offer a convenient pre-arrival and in-resort shopping service, sourcing groceries, essentials, and local treats so guests can settle in and start relaxing right away.

Mid Stay Clean
For guests staying longer, we offer mid-stay cleans to keep their chalet fresh and welcoming. Fresh linens, tidy spaces, and thoughtful touches help maintain a home-from-home feel throughout their holiday.

Childcare / Dog sitting
We understand that true relaxation means knowing everyone, and every pet, is cared for. We can connect guests with trusted local childcare and dog sitting providers, so they can make the most of their time on the slopes or out in town..
